The States are to be called a 'fast food nation', due to the amount of fast food restaurants and the most world known one - McDonald's. Statistics show, that thanks to the rapid way of life,  of four Americans eats fast food. Money play a big role in this too. But is it possible to make nutritious choices at fast food restaurants.? How to make the most of your fast food meal? Staying healthy while eating out is, probably, the issue of the day for many of us.

This world-known fast food chain has extended its range of breakfast foods and what's interesting - many of them are reasonably low in fat and calories. So as you can see, you can at least get the fresh and healthy food option for your breakfast at McDonald's restaurant. But can McDonald's food be a good part of your healthy, balanced diet?
